Wrong medicine can be returned via same rider to us. In others case we are not responsible for it.

  • How do you pack and deliver the orders? pack each medicine in a pharmacy plastic pouch with special instructions mentioned on it except for temperature sensitive medicines.

  • How do you pack and deliver fragile items? (Syrups and injections)

We deliver injections in ice box for the maintenance temperature. Syrups and other bottles are delivered in their proper boxes. These items are further packed in pharmacy plastic pouches.
